I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have been providing mental health services since 2004. I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. During my graduate studies, I worked in community mental health, college counseling centers, and received specialty training in ADHD/Learning Disorder assessment and organizational psychology. I completed my internship and residency at Portland State University at the Center for Student Health and Counseling. Upon receiving my license, I continued to work at Portland State University as a staff psychologist working on an interdisciplinary team providing therapy, crisis intervention, and assessment services to students; as well as supervise doctoral psychology students.
Throughout my career I have enjoyed working with a variety of clients which has provided me with extensive experience with a diversity of presenting issues and client backgrounds (age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.). I was raised in Bend, and while I received wonderful training and experiences in Portland, I am thrilled to bring this knowledge back in my hometown and serve the Central Oregon Community.
Grace is my 1-year-old Golden Retriever who loves to join me in the office and is in training to be a therapy dog. Please let me know if you are allergic, or uncomfortable with dogs I can make arrangements for her not to join. Otherwise, she is happy to be apart of the therapeutic process.
